He wanted to set the video in a church because it seemed ironic, to have a guy make a personal confession in a very public place.... The English version is called "Lost in Berlin", and it looks like they shot an English version of the music video. (there was a clip recently where Christophe was teaching the extras in the church the lyrics). No news on whether it'll be released though. <br />As far as an international career, he's said that if the album is a hit, they'll re-release it in England. They've recorded English versions of 5 or 6 songs, and the rest would be French tracks. He also mentioned that they might look at releasing English material in Germany and/or Sweden.
